Client FeedbackIrene M. Lindner To Whom It May Concern: I have known Caroline Millett for almost fifteen years. We met during my representation of her opponent in a legal matter here in Washington, D. C. She proved to be a friendly but formidable opponent. Some years later, I represented a substantial investor in one of Caroline’s large scale real estate development projects in Philadelphia. Caroline acted as the general partner as well as the general contractor and project interior designer, decorating all public space and model units, preserving the historic integrity of the project while at the same time creating functional, low-maintenance apartments. When the Philadelphia real estate development market collapsed in the early 1990’s, I witnessed Caroline’s transition from general contractor/ real estate developer to interior designer and consultant. In 1992 when I established my own law firm, Caroline assisted me in every aspect of planning, designing, and purchasing for my suite of offices in a “Class A building” in downtown Washington. Working with her was a pleasure! Two years ago, I relocated my firm to a long-term lease situation within the same building. The move involved a second series of challenges: re-configuring the still new acquisitions (which I love) into the new space. Once again, Caroline worked with me and my staff, upheld my budget, and delivered the finished product on time. Over the last five years, I have had occasion to either visit in person or review the detailed portfolios on a number of her projects, both residential and commercial. Her clients agree with me – Caroline’s sophisticated vision, working within a strict budget, subordinating her own ego to the needs of the client, made for mutually satisfying long term client relationships. Please do not hesitate to contact me if I may answer any questions. Very truly yours, Irene M. Lindner
